How much is the rent for team housing apartments?
Our apartments have a fixed rate.
You pay for the space divided by the people you accomodate. We recommend using the full occupency capacity to reduce the nightly price per person.
Included in our price are all the utility bills, internet and parking. Laundry is also included but not unlimited. Professional clothes should be washed in the Laundromat nearby. We only have domestic washing machine for normal cloths and private use.

How is the check-in process and communication handled?
We send all check-in information out, after we have received full payment for the rent including the deposit. For communication we use WhatsApp and other intern communication channels you can use for free.
